Touch ups and revisions in facelift

Doctor Howard , I'm 5 weeks out of face & neck lift. I have creases behind my eats that the surgeon said were (anchors) and are soft to the touch. She said they should resolve and go away. Have you heard of these incision and is this what you talked about in the video?
