It is not the ruling political parties wish! Everyone who visits lord should carry their id, like aadhar card. Even if they are non hindus ,they can go for darshan, but they have to sign a declaration, that though, they belong to different religion, they have respect and faith in lord Venkateswara! This was introduced by TTD to ensure that, non- believers do not defile the sanctity of TTD devasthanam. Every time a non-hindu visits the temple, they HAVE to sign the declaration. As a chief minister, he DID NOT sign the declaration. Respecting other religions means, respecting their rules!
