Use fire weapon + heavy* great axe only 40 strenght lv 89 and do 700+ damage, great for pve, slow for pvp obv, but hits like 🐉

Great video and build! This is my first play through of DS3 and your breakdown of the character stats was exactly what I needed. The learning curve for these games is intense. Be a long time before I attempt pvp though

For the Greatsword of Artorias, did you use a broken +10 sword? What did you play early game with? I am new to ds3 but mashed bloodborne (different games I know) I liked the quality build for beginner video and decided to play it instead of mercenary Twinblades build and use some great swords or long sword/shield, just don’t want to play early game with weak weapon. Should I play with a +3/4 long sword or something till I can get Artorias?

I'm not really into this game's PVP, but I heard the meta PVP level is 120-130, usually people does 125, wich allows you reach 40-40 dex str without the carthus ring, allowing you to equip a better ring, probably. Maybe the wolf ring +3 if you use an UGS (If that extra poise even makes the difference lol) or that ring that boosts your phyiscal defence, the +3 version (Was it steel band ring? I don't remember, it's been a while lol)
So, you'd be at sl 123 with the same stats and a different ring, and if you do want to go to 125 you can get two in other stat, like vigor or endurance, for example.

idk why u dont use the hunters ring ,you stealing 2 levels from urself using milkring in a ring slot 🤷‍♂️

Why do you stay at level 120 when your have that many souls?

One thing to help this build would be to switch out the Carthus milk ring with the prisoners chain since it’s only a 4% absorption debuff, that way you get 5 extra points in vitality, endurance, and vigor, you could still have the exact same stats at the same level and just put 3 points into dex and have 12 points to put into what ever, like vigor or endurance

Light or heavy armor ? Wich should i use ?

I like this build a lot and I'm planning on using it, but I'm fairly early on in the game (just entered Farron Keep after Cathedral) so is there a way I can work around the fact I dont have most of the weapons and armor used yet (minus the knight armor cause thats what i started with), and use, say, Vordt's hammer or maybe the Exile Greatsword?

Anyone but me not like ugs movesets because of the very basic left to right swings? Idk, I just love me HS gs even though not many care for it. I don't pvp so I guess weapons don't matter.

So is it best to refine any great sword,straight sword,katana and Etc for a pure quality build ?

Will always be my favorite, being able to use 85% of weapons
But imo outdamaged by faith/dark builds

Hi Sorry for this late question but I am quite new to the Dark Souls party and still dont understand most stuff. So I reached finally the final boss fight Lorian and Lothric but I haven't done consumed kings garden, untended graves and archdragon peak, should I do them before Lorian and Lothric? I am having trouble with these 2. Also I still don't understand upgrading and infusions even after watching several videos and reading up on it. I always thought you only can upgrade or infuse. So I have a refined dark sword +10....can or should i infuse it now with some sort of elemental damage? Also I am wodering if I should switch to another weapon for pve I am not interested in pvp in this game....sorry for the long post and thanks in advance for some helpful answers everybody

I'm puzzled, why the Milkring? If it's for the 3 stats, using Prisoner's Chain would much superior.

That dumbass tried to parry and ultra greatsword...

Would trading out Havels ring for the Prisoners chain be a better idea? It only lowers absorption by 4% now, giving you an extra 10/15 levels to put into whatever you want basically for free.

I feel like you'd be better suited with a life ring or hornet ring instead of the milkring while mid-rolling.

Chloranthy ring+3
Ring of Favor+3
Prisoner's Chain

Armor:
What you have in the video is good but....................got to have that fashion souls (personal preference)

With the "Prisoner's Chain" giving you an extra 5 points into "Vigor", "Endurance" and "Vitality" it gives you some more points to put into "Strength" and "Dexterity" so you can do some more damage with whatever weapon you refine.

I know the soul Level is slightly over the META but the summon range goes 10 levels above or below your own soul level so I've always gone up to soul level 125, I think it's a good stopping point for any build but that's just my personal opinion.
