"DEPLOY" a blade?
I've carried a folding knife (slipjoint) since age 4.
I've OPENED a blade Zeus and his brother Hades might know how many times. I have never "deployed" a blade.
TROOPS are "Depolyed". You can also "deploy" a naval force. A folding knife blade is OPENED.
"Deploy"/"Deployed" and "open" are NOT the same thing.
"Deploy" is "SEND"; NOT "OPEN".

The scissors on the KS2 are larger than the SAK and most Leatherman ... at least the full size Leathermans.
How do the 92mm and up SAK scissors compare in cutting the cord?
Have you copared the performance of the KS2 scissors to the 89mm SAK Evo Grip/Wenger scissors?

I find the Evo Grip/Wenger scissors btter than the 92mm and up SAK scissors, which are the same size. I also prefer the Wenger design that uses a backspring over the prone to break (but easy to replace - if you have one handy) V - leafspring Vic uses on their spring loaded scissors.
There are times the spring loaded VIc/Wenger scissors come in handy.

For the tool set, I think I will pass on the KS2. I need pliers a lot more than scissors.
My current daily multi-tool carry is a Victorinox SAK Hercules and a Leatherman Charge+ TTi.
Both have pliers that actually work, and springloaded scissors when needed.

Fun fact: there's a pair of tweezers in the scissor handle!

I haven't used it much yet, but I quite like mine. Can confirm, awesome scissors, which was a big part of the draw for me. Mine actually came with zero play in the blade; maybe you got (un)lucky with quality control, or if it was a common thing, they may have already addressed it, or maybe I got lucky lol. The blades thumb stud could use some more texture. I find myself slipping off it and bumping the knife edge frequently. The Phillips is a little too small for #2 screws, and I'd like to see a design like the Victorinox inline phillips, but the way they squeeze a 3D head in there with the awl/reamer is excellent. I'd rather see a large flathead than the openers, and maybe a larger file or something in place of the saw. Just not sure I'm likely to have this tool in a situation where I'd need a (tiny) saw.

If they could squeeze a pair of pliers in there they would have nailed it.

Wasn't the whole idea of the t4 Leatherman it was magnetic that thing you see the constantly moving with the blade was when unfolding and folding supposed to be the release mechanism For quick-release you put your finger on it and move it away. At least that was what was happening at the showcasing of the t4 Leatherman.

I got this one from Tao Bao for only hkd125 which certainly a price killer for both Victorinox and Leatherman. Of course quality wise is not really comparable but I am sure everyone will like once tried. Btw, the tweeter is place inside the arm of the scissors !

honestly, for me victorinox is a little bit overglorified. I mean, yeah, they are great, they can withstand a lot compared to other multitools, but if you are starting to abuse them then they die just as easily, so i would prefer something cheaper but somewhat close by quality and repairability. Not to mention Roxon probably the only one in the industry who makes such large scissors! And for me they are much more usefull in large size than smaller ones. And althow i havent tried their KS2, im currently using their phantom s802, wich is also comes with their scissors and same blade, both of which are feeling great! (I dont use them to scrape of wood or something like that, but cutting rubber, insolation, food, cardboard and plastic and the blade is fine! )

Nice review and probably going to buy as the clip and knife are just where I want them. I wear a pen on my right front pocket, so my knife goes in my left front pocket. The way this clip is set is where I move my clips to, so I don't get stabbed accidentally.

Usually some companies will put the knife (when it has a thumb pin) toward the clip so it sits facing the inside of the pocket and prevents accidental openings
