My take away from this is to have a "beginners mind". It's a humbling experience as I learn continually.
Thank you for this very insightful video ❤️

Being an artist creating tools for your emotions. With your attention to time.
Repetitively repeating with no distractions or breaks. Mastering silence to organize your thoughts, action and emotions inline with your hearts dreams. Repetitive practice on positive roll playing options of the future creating spiderwebs of ideas. The journey to Installing any program into the subconscious becomes a habit. Action without thoughts. For me life is what I can install into my subconscious that leads me to my future goals. when you reach a goal you don't get bored of it. It's in the subconscious it's love for life. The journey is the process of training the subconscious.

Overthinking is great for predicting.
Love taking one thought and adding a different action to it and rolling them into a Spiderweb of options. It's fun

Thank you for this resource, me and my wife of 26 yrs are going through some issues. I say something she takes it completely wrong (makes it sound like she thinks poorly of me to think I would attack her about nothing) anyway I get triggered & go nuclear and then she goes nuclear, I need to learn how to not go nuclear when she get angry for no reason.

I find myself being defensive all the time and I don't know why. I guess I am protecting myself from peoples judgement or rejection. I have been told to just be myself when around other people, because I tend to try to be of an extrovert than I am, but I don't know how to be myself, I don't know what that means or looks like. How do I figure that out?

I have been recently watching Julia Kristina's videos. She is so straightforward, no fluff, no showiness, no babbling. Her teaching has structure which is easy to take notes and refer back to. Julia, I am so glad to have found your videos and look forward to learning, working on "my crap" and transforming my life and breaking the trauma bonds.

I am about to move to a different state where I know no one and I am escaping 16 years of abuse. I have such bad anxiety now that I can barely function. I stutter and tremble and make wierd noises and have panic attacks non stop. I have been listening to you for a few weeks and I listen about 3 hours a day. You speak so clearly and I relate. You make me realise that my bad habits and weaknesses are allowing the things that have happened me. The same things over and over again like being taken for granted and being treated badly or stalked or beaten. I now feel like if I work hard on myself, I won't have to worry about it happening again. I will protect myself by having boundaries and not craving attention. You are helping me change my life. I am so grateful for you.
I finally have hope and I don't hate myself.
Thank you.

Thought I was educated in ego, because I know mine is too strong for my own good! WOW! now I know why I'm afraid to figure out work problems at the root level, ( I'm supposed to be better or know that) Loving all your teaching, this might be my favorite lesson I'll watch again! I'm also from Vancouver Canada, I hate the city probably because of my ego.
