Fix SQL Server Agent is Missing in SQL Server Management Studio

I am trying to import a table in xls format in my database but i don't have an option to choose 'SQL Server Native Client' as my Destination in 'SQL Server Import and Export Wizard' can you please share how can i fix this?

No need to give sysadmin bro , msdb and sql agent reader role is enough, by giving sysadmin the user will have full rights
