Como quisiera que la historia de mi hermano lo hicieran pelicula o documental, asi son muchas historias q caiman mucho daño Mucha injusticia, q hasta ahora lloro cuando lo miro a mi hermano
ОтветитьHow nice that this was broadcast, I never imagined that it would be like this in the legal system, I am also grateful that I don't live there, it is sickening, and so unjustified what happened there, had so much to do with the family, that I was crying, you have been through so much, and what a nightmare for you, you take everything away from those families, you completely destroy them! yes, I am very angry, and that is putting it mildly. You should be ashamed of yourself, the hospital, and everything that had to do with it, how can you sleep at night? you destroyed her mother and thousands of families. Hope justice prevails for all of you, but you won't get your loved one back, no amount of money can match that. Never give up!! and fight against this. Wish you all the best xxx
ОтветитьAs long as that the lead doctor I’m NEVER Donated another penny to that hospital to help them destroy Families
ОтветитьFinn thing is how messed up this system is they will remove a loved child from parents that only try to do what’s best for that child, but children who get beat starved abused in the worst way they allow those children to stay and die look at ALL the cases, I literally hate the system and the way it’s only set up by evil people to hurt good ones and protect the ones like them smfh
ОтветитьThis horrific. This case is really touching to me as a sibling came down with a rare mysterious degenerative illness at 20. She was in university at the time.
Had it started when they were a few years younger when they were at home, this could have easily happened to my parents. They were incredibly worried and vociferous about my sibling getting diagnosed. My mother easily could have felt as desperate as Beata did. What could she do? If she left the country, they would say she abandoned her kid. It was a no-win situation with Beata still breathing.
Thank God there was an educated specialist who in my siblings case, took it seriously and knew the condition was real. Now they get regular infusion treatments every few months and doing fine decades later.
Thank goodness we didn’t encounter an arrogant and ignorant fool like this Sally Smith. She needs to be in jail.
Hospital staff have also traumatised me. I’ve decided that if I ever need to go to A& E again ….I’m just going to let myself die.
ОтветитьYes the state kept my brother locked away or out on the streets with a label they ruined his life. My twin was raped as a little boy, then raped in the institution, then raped again. And he’s the crazy one! It kills me I just lost him a month ago I will never be there same
ОтветитьI couldn't believe it when the doctors were on tape towards the end when they found out (spoiler alert!) the mother committed suicide and the one doctor was gleeful about it--he thought it proved he was right that the mother had Munchausen by proxy when it was obvious to anyone who watched the story that the only thing it proved was that they drove her to that!
ОтветитьDr Sally Smith should be barred from practicing medicine ANYWHERE!! If you get HER as a DOCTOR for your child RUN!!!!! I hope KARMA or worse strikes Dr Sally Smith, the Nurses & Staff who PARTICIPATED in all these incidences!! NURSES, IF you SEE or SUSPECT SOMETHING with a Dr or Nurse that seems they have gone too far, SAY SOMETHING!!!!! Dont go along with it and NOT question it!!! These are CHILDREN and this will affect them and their families for the rest of their lives!!!
ОтветитьThe system failed them I’m so happy they got a settlement because man this is beyond said
ОтветитьMaya si lees esto. Trata de ser feliz para que dejes volar a mamá que desde el cielo te esta viendo y cuidando.. también a tu hermano y tu papá..🙏🙏🙏
ОтветитьIts not nearly the same but i have nevus of ota so it looks like a bruise on my temple and down under my eye. Im always questioned but the worst was when i had just given birth to my 3rd baby in 2022, 3 months premature in the ambulance and it took alot of convincing i wasnt abused. I get they are doing there job but questioning me even after giving my dermatologists number and explaining my face mark and why eyes are dark underneath is because i just gave birth unexpectedly to a 2.9lb baby in a ambulance alone crying so yes my makeup ran lol I had social works follow me for 3 months in NICU....as they could see my "bruise" never went away and never will!
ОтветитьThe thing that I can't understand in the American health system is why decisions about patients are taken by medical staff and not the patient's family, because in our country only if the patient or patient's family agrees to a medical procedure, we are allowed to carry it out (within certain limits). The principles of patient service that must be implemented are beneficence, no-maleficence, autonomy, justice. It's a shame, even though I think John Hopkins is one of the best hospitals in the world... I am so sad..
ОтветитьIt is confusing to see how Maya's family and others must endure the abuse from hospital staff and the social service of our nation. I recall the Father of Maya referring to them as heartless. I have another name for that kind of behavior. These are sociopaths and psychopaths who are seekers of power and authority. These are individuals who enjoy wrecking people's lives. Hopefully, we can learn to evaluate individual behavior and understand each personality's goals before harming others.
I believe most of our social shortcomings are associated with these types of personalities. Such is the phrase: "It is not personal; it's business!"
You would think in Healthcare people would care for you but instead you're the nice one when people are hurting you
ОтветитьThis is one of the saddest things I have ever watched! That judge will be judged when he passes for not letting the mom give Maya a hug in court. I want criminal charges brought against everyone involved at that hospital!
ОтветитьThe fact that Maya had a setback at Hurrican Matthew says it all. Her family did this to her and nobody else. The hospital was wrong as well. But this poor girl never had a chance.
ОтветитьIt angers me how the staff made up the diagnosis of munchausen by proxy but in gypsy Rose's case no one questioned the possibility of that-_-
ОтветитьThey always take the social workers word as gospel. It's BS. Something must change in the Child Care Services. They stole my babies too. Made my life a living hell. Striped me of everything, and almost took my life, like this girls poor mum.
ОтветитьEverybody please watch the Defense attorney’s closing statements with ALL of the facts. It will open your eyes to the manipulation that netflix did to every viewer.
ОтветитьThis is a truly heartbreaking story. This is systemic evil - nothing less. From the hospital staff to the justice system this is a system fail.
ОтветитьReminded me of an Indian family who from past year is fighting against German government who has taken their daughter when she was just a child, and they're still fighting for their child 😢
ОтветитьThe Kowalski lawsuit went to trial in late September 2023. Jack Kowalski – on behalf of himself, Maya, Kyle, and the estate of Beata – sued Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital for $220 million: $55 million in compensatory damages and $165 million in punitive damages. On November 9, 2023, after two days of deliberations, a six-person jury found in favor of the Kowalski family, awarding $261 million in total compensatory and punitive damages.
ОтветитьToo many sociopathic/egomaniacal authorities hiding behind systems that are seemingly impenetrable. Not so long ago, street justice would have repositioned these sort activities.
It’s the same reason why hockey has fighting.
Thank god for Netflix to expose all this. Hopefully Justice is served. Pretty sad families had to go through all this . Clearly the mother was a protective loving mom how couldn’t these clowns see that? The mom loved her kids and did everything for them. I can’t believe the turn out of this. I think cause she was determined , the ‘professionals’ took offence to that and all this spiralled out of control. Ego essentially resulted to someone ending their lives and destroying a loving family forever. Terrible. No money would ever fix that .
ОтветитьThis story blew me away man. I can’t believe how crazy this turned out. What a tragedy
ОтветитьHow is this not like the so called Trans Medical Healthcare propagated by the educational and healthcare system? It's a good thing that I have morals cause if I didn't I would have bought stocks from the hospitals and sold OTC meds and hormones. Now that's a lot of money I could have earned.
ОтветитьHold these criminal “doctors” and “social workers” accountable for this horrific abuses
They profit of this kind of madness
Dads are always logical and less emotional. Sometimes you have to be smart in dealing with situation like this.
ОтветитьJudges in nyc and child services the system is flawed. They take your children if you correct them on their professionalism and doing the job right! They don’t like that and they’ll build a case against you saying you’re crazy!
ОтветитьI see this differently. Maya's life was spared because of intervention! Lets hear from the other side
ОтветитьSame directors for Harry and megahn??? Forget it I will just google
ОтветитьNetflix should pass my own experiences.
ОтветитьRemember folks, these are medical "professionals" who went to college. TRUST THE SCIENCE!
ОтветитьShut down that hospital now!
ОтветитьWhite woman syndrome
ОтветитьThis made me cry 😢😢😢
I feel so sorry what happened to this beautiful family 😢
A forbidden hug killed a mom! 😢
ОтветитьThis hits home bcs I was a victim of the medical system myself, they denied me care and sent me in palliative care to *die there just bcs they couldn't put a diagnosis to what was happening to me. I flew to another country and saved my life but lost so much money, lost 2 years of my life in and out of hospitals , lost my social life and so on. I am perfectly healthy today but that time they just sent me home to *die.
ОтветитьWhat's the worst thing is that the guilty will never be held accountable (medical staff, administrators, even the lawyers and judges or the police) they all get to walk free and that's why they will do it again!
ОтветитьBeata basically sacrificed herself so her daughter could come home. People quickly jumped into conclusion that the mother is abusive by ignoring all evidences. It's hard to believe that so many people in the medical system and jurisdiction system are so evil? or is it just stupidity? The mother must felt so betrayed by the father after that investigation recording, and the dad was forced to stand against her wife instead of supporting her. She was pushed into a corner, isolated, her own existence is preventing Maya from going home and getting treatment, that is extremely devastating for a mother!! I'd go insane if something try to take away my cat let along my sick daughter. Stupidity is truly the worst crime, ignorance and laziness can do so much harm!!
ОтветитьNetflix, I would remove that bits 'the producers of Harry and Meghan'. This shouldn't be associated with the shitshow.
ОтветитьThere is one thing I have learned from these comments: @carpenterjoe6763 acts like a nutcase and needs a medical examination.
ОтветитьAnd so a jury found 261 million reasons the hospital and doctors were wrong.
ОтветитьNo wonder kids die so much. America has created fear and chaos in areas that should be peaceful and protected.
Ответитьyou mix this in with how they treated us all with covid and then the vax shot. you will soon open your eyes they dont care about you
ОтветитьDid they not check with the doctor who prescribed the ketamine and make attempts to understand Maya's illness before their blanket judgement that the prescription given to her was excessive then just latch on conveniently to their concern of Munchausen syndrome by proxy and proceed to take her away from her parents? You can't just make inferrences to a parent's tone and allow yourself to get insulted and then act on your suspicions, what if her concerns were genuine and how do you 100% know that the mom is faking a child's illness? They just assume they are right and from then just find ways to justify their actions. In their eyes they just can't be wrong can they? Despite how little they know, they are always right. What a diseased way of thinking.
ОтветитьJudge and hospital staffed should be in jail themselves. Feel like the husband should have defended his wife better also instead of giving in to the system so easily.
Ответить
