How to make a 2D Game in Unity

5 years later, its still amazing

Tried to install Unity - spent an hour trying to activate it to no avail.

I'm really eager to star creating 2D games! I'll feel like a game designer working at Nintendo or other companies in the 1980s or something

its impossible to do, because you cannot add components to pieces that you add to a grid, and if you do not add it to a grid, then your map will look trash.

I actually did this in a different way. I instead made it animate in the code with switching between sprites directly instead of relying on an external animation.

So hard to find one with older versions
