Set Paste Values As Default Paste When Using Ctrl + V In Excel

excuse me, it works but when i restart Excel or open another file, it doesnt work, the PasteasValue doesnt display on Macros. Maybe it only works with enable-macro file ? How to fix it? Thank you so much :D

When I try this, I don't get the option for Ctrt+V, I can only select Ctrl+Shift+V
