You know i think the reason charlie is trying to lead us to the lunar island is because she dispises the moon because the moon brings light during the night which is when she strikes. And since the light prevents her from striking she wouldn't logically like the moon

i had to bring a lot of food to get to the island so i would not starve
i had a paddle and got stuck on the island but i had a pickaxe so i got some moon glass and twigs to make a moonglass axe to get boards to get off the island
the island is fun to play around on

Wait, Stone Fruits, when unmined, don't decay, right? So, you basically have self-preserving food if you can get a farm going, and throw some gunpowder or other explosives, and you've got the perfect food source in the game! Just watch out for Disease, if it's enabled.

So far, I'm Team Charlie. The Moon Island is pretty but it's just too annoying for now, I'm still too fresh and new to do well there. Maybe in a few months I'll be more confident about it, and it'll hopefully be even more fleshed out by then with a special Boss and all?
