why does everybody say "wildebeast" and not "gnu" ?
is there a difference ?
What a wonderful celebration of Tyson's life at the end of this documentary: the camera sliding to its reflection in the water, and the images of this beautiful lion in all it's strength are a well deserved homage to this warrior, 'he has fulfilled his legacy'. Great documentary

ОтветитьThese are two documentaries put together
ОтветитьIt bothers me when docs assign motives to animals where it's impossible to know why or as if they are human and know science.
We don't know why lions leave their prides for a fact. We can make an educated guess that it's probably so dad doesn't have competition but we know for sure it's not because of inbreeding. If that were somehow a factor then daughters wouldn't stay with their fathers in pride.
Really enjoyable documentary. Sean Pertwee's narration is top notch 2.
ОтветитьThe leopard is my favourite big cat. Hands down. Phenomenal creatures. Strength, agility, stealth. They've got it all. ❤
