this doesnt work for me once i click the import button it goes grey and doesnt let me click it

hey i cant import and its saying missing import export service how do i fix that?

for me when i click on the two models and press import nothing happens the button just gets grayed out and nothing happens. it might be that the model is locked and if so is there a way to unlock it?
