Wow, internal vibration yup that is something very well known and no one ever talks about.I am just glad you mentioned it because I never really know if anyone else has the same thing since I was told to stop talking about it many years ago to try and make it go away and rewire but it's still there getting better but thank you for everything and all your support and knowledge very helpful. Sincerely yours, Ava

SAUNA + SMELLING VICKS helps. I'm a Registered Nurse who has had fatigue since having covid in July 2021. I can't breathe out of my nose right now and my sleep apnea has gotten worse. I am unable to get good sleep. JUST switched my shitty hmm insurance to PPO and going to find the right doctors who can help me. Healthcare in America isn't the best esp since it's run by insurance companies who dictate the care for patients. It is our duty as patients to do as much research as we can to try to find the right doctors. It sucks for people who are stuck in jobs where it is stressful-which further affects their autonomic nervous system. Thanks for your vids. Hope ppl can stay hopeful and find the help they need.

I just came across your videos. I’ve been experiencing CFS symptoms for a very long time and no one understands. So glad I found your videos. Sounds like someone knows and can feel what we go through

One really effective thing I use for sleep is acupressure mat. I lay down on my back and within maybe 10 minute I start to drift away. When I feel really sleepy I just pull it away, turn on to my stomach and fall asleep.

I use an ice beanie 3x a day morning noon and night to get my body cold without taking a cold shower and it helps tremendously with pain

Good list of items. Respectfully would like to say: very cold showers I believe do the opposite. Raise norepinephrine and dopamine aka wake you up. Cool showers defn are where it's at. I could be wrong but that's just what I had learned/heard.

Would it work as well having a cold 2 minutes at the start of a shower. In winter when the house is cold it doesn't sound good to end a shower cold

I realised having covid caused a trauma to my nervous system, hence long covid ! I’m learning to switch to parasympathetic, remove the trauma of having covid, I’m seeing a lot of people finally starting to make videos about how covid triggered the nervous system to sympathetic, BUT you have the power to work on youre nervous system and get it back to parasympathetic

Cutting out the sugar was huge for me. As a matter of fact I cut carbs out almost completely. Going on the keto diet has been the biggest single thing to get me functional again. When CFS took away by ability to exercise I ended up gaining a total of 75 lbs. Ended up with full on metabolic syndrome. From a very fit 50 year old to high blood pressure, high blood lipids, non alcoholic fatty liver and prediabetes within 2 years. Keto helped me get back to my pre CFS weight and returned my blood markers to normal. Great information in this video Miguel. I have just started your guided imagery techniques, thanks so much for what you do.

REALLY interesting to hear about how so little light is needed to affect sleep! Can't believe that. I go to the extent of listening to podcasts by candlelight before sleep to avoid any blue light and extra light levels (does seem to help my sleep delay getting worse) & I have blackout blinds, but listening to this video made me realise that I've got an extension cable with a light on it in my bedroom, I am going to cover that up tonight with some tape for def!! That was awesome info.

I just restarted cold showers, can't do more than 45 seconds or I get super cold an hour later and can't warm up again, but 45 seconds works great, and I swear it helps me a bit over time. Less anxiety.

Did a couple of Epsom salt baths ages ago and had a great night's sleep, but I'd totally forgotten about them, so that's great, back on the shopping list. Def need to try that again.

And I definitely think that screen time thing applies to me! I sometimes get too sucked into stuff and don't get enough rest breaks in, also I've found that variety throughout the day is much better than watching tv all day when I'm bedbound, seems to tire me out less swapping between different activities.

Some stuff that worked for me: watching nature walks amongst trees n stuff on you tube, ASMR videos, that breathing where you do 4, 5 7 breathing for just a few breaths helps, and splashing my face with ice cold water/flannel. Good luck comments people. Thanks Miguel! Super useful video for me.

Good stuff, Miguel. Thanks. How much Epsom salts in the bath? I had tried this before but didn't seem to get anything out of it. BUT, that was while i was still in my push, push, push stage. Anyway, I am going to try and implement all 7 of these hacks.
