ОтветитьHi Roberts, thanks for your videos. I would like to know if Serilog works with .NET 6.0 and your video is fine with .NET 6?
ОтветитьBrilliant Robert

ОтветитьBrilliant video sir
ОтветитьSo why are there only 2.7k subscribers to this channel is my question?! (Just subscribed, thanks for the great content!)
ОтветитьIs this logger provides a front end screen to see the errors like elmah or some other loger?
ОтветитьSubscribed. Need more of this, please.
ОтветитьGreat one, thanks a lot for sharing it.
ОтветитьHey Chris,
superb video, beautiful explanation and must say man I've become fan of your style now. :) You made me remind of Jason Statham all time favorite. Thanks mate!
What do you mean when you talk about "a worker"?
ОтветитьThanks for detail explanation.
Can you please explain, how to add conditional values in OutputTemplate of appsettings.json file?
Ex. In OutputTemplate I have code like below.
…|ExtendedProperties={ExtendedProperties:j}|{Exception}…
Where ExtendedProperties added using ForContext().
I want to remove ExtendedProperties={ExtendedProperties} this if ExtendedProperties value is null.
I've learned more from your 10mins video than to 4hours other courses on the web.
ОтветитьNice video.
Ideas for future Serilog related videos could be:
* serilog in Azure Functions/Durable Functions (replace safe logger for durable)
* configuration of serilog by appsettings.json
* serilog with the application insights sink. :)
hello, how should I take the values that populate a model data parameter from a controller in serilog ? :D from example endpoint X requires model Person.cs, with attribute Name, and the model will receive Name = "John", I want to access the "John" to customize message template? i already access the endpoint name and request type and all this stuff, but i need also the values
ОтветитьWell done Chris! I feel like I was knocking two stones together before watching this video!
ОтветитьI cannot express enough how awesome these videos are - your presentation style is excellent and the content is clear and detailed. Thank you for taking the time to make them.
ОтветитьThank you - awesome videos. I'm new to worker service, I so enjoyed your video.
ОтветитьCan you make a video about configuring your service to work with a pre-existing .NET application? For instance, once it sees a certain error within that application, the service will send an email to whoever that error pertains to? Great series so far!
