HOURGLASS AMBIENT LIGHTHING BLUSH PALETTE REVIEW

This palette was limited edition :(. Is it going to return ?

I need blushes that last all day on my skin like Tarte Amazonian Clay formula because I do not have time to retouch blush during the day.  I also need blushes that actually show up on my face so I don't have to layer a ton of powder on to make it visible.  These blushes do not meet my criteria.   Sorry Hourglass.  The primer is good though.

im so glad HOURGLASS made a blush palette, i purchased the Ambient Lighting Powder & i always get compliments on how great my skin looks! 

Hi Wayne do you think the hourglass blush Pallete is better than the NARS virtual domination? What would you choose? Thanks

I absolutely LOVE The palette and I am wearing Dim Infusion now.
THEY BLEND BEAUTIFULLY and have the slightest flattering shimmer. I look alive again !

I started on an Ambient Lighting Blush spree, but I never purchased Mood Exposure, because I didn't think I could wear the shade of plummy brown that it represented. Imagine my surprise when I purchase the palette, and find that it actually looks like some sort of other-worldly warm peach on me! It looks nothing like it does in the pan. It actually ended up being my favorite shade:)

I can never tell anything about the products with this very bright light, it is all glare... but I believe you!

I have been in love with my diffused light palette from them. I bought this and I could not love this palette more! It's hard not to use one of these colors every day. It goes with any look. So glad you reviewed this! Everyone should have it.

Well clearly you applied on your face because your face colour is different from your neck colour.
That's not a good look.

Yep.. They are the best product of life, bought them last week and I just don't think I'll ever buy another powder product again lol

Love you, Wayne. I saw this palette in store at a sephora event two weeks ago and bought it immediately. The compact alone is stunning, and the powders... you said it best! Gorgeous!!!

I've got both powder and blush and yes, you're so right - they're a DREAM to put on!!

PLEEEEEEAAAASSEE fix your lighting Wayne!!! Although it makes you and your skin look better, it does nothing for the actual products... we can't see the colours in them and what we do see aren't the true colours! We need to see the real colours because otherwise what we see on screen is totally different to what we see when we arrive in store to buy it in person. Sorry to complain cos i love your videos and i think it'll only enhance them if you make the picture we see true to life colours. The picture as it is now in its current state is verging on being blown out.. the colours are dull and there is way too much white.. it'll probably be a simple fix like turning the power of the light down a bit, or failing that getting a new set up. What u have now is probably beautiful for photos but for video... not so much!! Take care.  : )

I would love to get this blush palette but was wondering if it would great on my ebony hued skin? The colors look very sheer though...But, great review Wayne!

Would you also recommend them for much darker skin tones like nw45

I got the blush palette at the VIB sale and I agree it's gorgeous. I was wondering what you thought of the mineral veil primer by hourglass. Everyone raves about how mattifying it is but I'm a little dryer and wondered if it would work for me.

If it was a human man, I would date it. I sing "I Feel Pretty" every time I use it now and then walk around singing "#Flawless" for the rest of the day.

I wish I could see swatches. Sometimes I wish you did something different with your lighting so it's not so bright and washed out. But anyway, I've been contemplating for the past few hours about whether or not to buy this product because I just purchased the ambient powders.... decisions decisions.

Hourglass is cruelty free too! I'm obsessed, totally agree they do absolutely nothing wrong. The Hyaluronic tinted moisturizer is a dream... Even on my combo to oily skin.

I wanted this palette so much, it's such a beauty and you get three shades all in one! But the biggest issue I have is just that the three colors all looked so so similer on my light to medium skintone. I don't know if you found that to be true and for me it is.  

Does anyone know if these work on darker skin tones? I worry that the shimmer would look ashy.

I absolutely love Hourglass. Their blushes are beautiful and I actually purchased one a few months back because of your review on how great they are and you were 100% right. Even on days where I didn't get enough sleep the night before, I feel like this blush changes my entire look up and makes me look refreshed and gives me a glow from within and I love it.

Hourglass makes the best simmer, I try their blush in store and so glad they come out with this palette. Bought it and love it.

Per your recommendation, I have purchased the Hourglass Immaculate foundation, Gel Ink liners and the finishing powder in Diffused for my concealer.  Their products are divine and now I will add their primer and this palette to my list of Must Haves.  When you mention a product, it automatically gets added to my shopping list.  Hugs!!!! Oh, your new boots are so uber fab!
