Thanks so much for sharing such great info on the breed! And we’ll done Phoebe at your first grooming session. She’s a gorgeous pup!
ОтветитьBeautiful, sleek dog from the country that makes the world's best French Fries (frites). 🙂
ОтветитьAll my dogs thru 50 years have all ended up fat lazy and goofy. Pitbulls mostly because I absolutely love them and they are great with cats.
ОтветитьLove it...
ОтветитьI'm here after I've got bit by one. They're not stanger friendly. I tried to pet one of her. Bad mistake.
ОтветитьThe Walking Lawsuit dog!
ОтветитьI want to get one in the future ❤
I am atletic so going on runs with one wouldn't be hard, just tiresome. My first option would be a german shepperd, but I fear for the bone issues.
Great breed but one bred with a very clear purpose. I have seen all sorts of dog breeds and Malanois are on another level. They are the most focused breed I have ever and seemingly have infinite energy. My husky couldn't come close to keeping up with one, mostly because Husky's are built for slower endurance work.
If you have a legit job for your dog to do, then consider a Malanois...if you don't, please do NOT get a puppy. If you must have a Malanois, get one who's personality and energy level is already known as there are some lower energy Malanois.
How are you not afraid of grooming such a dog! You're very brave
ОтветитьCan you do my next Sam breed of dog.
ОтветитьMy male cousin that works all day everyday badly wants one. Yeah there's a lot wrong with that
ОтветитьPhoebe was adorable 😊
ОтветитьThey are very pretty though
ОтветитьMals also herd. They just arent used for personal protection. The reason they are #1 for for military working dogs and LE is because the AKC beauty pageants oops conformation has destroyed the GSD breed.
ОтветитьWhat has four legs and an arm .???.
A happy Malinois 🤣🤣🤣 🐾🐾 🤣🤣🤣
Phoebe is beautiful and very well mannered. Thank you for sharing!
ОтветитьKinda looks like a cross between a greyhound and a shepherd.
ОтветитьWas waiting for a roundhouse kick as per @jauncydev videos LOL
ОтветитьIn Israel they are becoming very popular since there are so many of them due to the army and the police. Think about it, out of a litter of 5-7 dogs in average, only 1-3 max get to be working dogs, the rest are left with no owners so they are often sent to shelters and they are full of them. A pure bread working line Malinois is a weapon and those who do not know how to control them end up hurting their surroundings. Them and GSDs are the dogs with most attacks on humans here in Israel and they are responsible for the majority of dog attacks. Either because they are mostly a working bloodline breed or because they feel too comfortable around people that it makes them bite too freely. There are researches regarding this topic, the more they are used to people the smaller their fear is and it's a genetic thing very prominent in European shepherd breeds (Malinois, German, Dutch).
ОтветитьMeat missle
ОтветитьI love the belgian malinois. They are my second favorite dog breed. I just don't like how some people don't do the research on the extreme mental and physical needs of the breed. And when they become aggressive the owner blames the dog. Its so sad.
Ответитьmy friend has a malanois and it is the most obedient dog ever, super sweet.. unless ur a threat 😅 but they trained him super well and he is very loved
ОтветитьPhoebe did amazing. Being a puppy and first grooming you would expect the nerves but ther were no hysterics. Your approach was great non threateni but matter of fact.
ОтветитьMaligators: Welcome to my home. That door you kicked in was for your protection, not mine.
ОтветитьWe got a maligator pup at my shelter. He’s a lot of fun to be around, but I could never own him. He is a nut.
ОтветитьI dont smell like me after a bath
ОтветитьSerious dog people lol 😂
ОтветитьI thought I got a german shepherd mix puppy last Christmas and it turned out to be one of these Im pretty sure. This dog is nuts. But also INCREDIBLY loyal and eager to please. Oh and she can jump like 7 feet in the air like some kind of kangaroo on crack.
ОтветитьThe best dogs in the world, they are gifts from G*d.
ОтветитьThankyou this was wonderful information she was awesome
ОтветитьPhoebe behaved better than most dogs. Yes, they are high energy but if you put in the work, like any other working dog, the rewards are a well behaved dog. Like German Shepherds, you really don’t see maturity until age three.
ОтветитьMalinois doggos are not for the faint of heart
ОтветитьI have a maleno, he's the biggest idiot there is. And a huge fluf ball, he wouldn't hurt a fly
ОтветитьIt's not malanois but malinois
ОтветитьI watch John Wick 4 recently which had a Malinois in it. I just hope people research the breed and don’t go out and start getting them. They are not for novice dog owners for sure
ОтветитьSeeing the finished dog you, are a genius . Reg
ОтветитьMy first dog as an adult was probably a full bred Malinois (she was a rescue and we had her before DNA testing was common so I can't be sure), and at the time I had no idea what she was--didn't for over a year. She was not an easy dog (a smart dog that thinks you don't have the sense to take care of yourself won't be, especially when she loves you with all her heart), but I would not love dogs the way I do if it hadn't been for her.
Ответитьsalutes to Girl With The Dogs <3 :) ^_^ 100% A+
ОтветитьThey are so stunning and fascinating. I worked with 3 of them. They are no joke. Basically they are like German Sheps but with ADHD and high on acid. The one in this video was really surprisingly tame. One of the females that I had worked with was my fav because she was the calmer one. They need a huge space to run, tons of toys, and insane mental stimulation.
ОтветитьMy friend's son has a Malinois mix. He is the sweetest dog. Luckily they live in the mountains and he gets a lot of hikes and walks everyday 😅
ОтветитьI love the Malinois’ laser-lock work ethic. Most humans would have taken several breaks without ever completing the task. 👍👍👍to those Malinois.
ОтветитьMagnificent dogs. Often abandoned, sadly.
And rather than focusing on how well they can be trained to attack, focus instead on their raw athletic ability. Jumping walls, doing mazes, etc.
A fur missile. Nom nom nom
ОтветитьHer legs look like an antelope, they are amazingly athletic.
ОтветитьShe’s so cute!
ОтветитьMy lazy behind could never! I love the breed but I will have to admire other people’s maligators. ❤❤❤😅
ОтветитьMy dream dog once I’m working remotely and have the time to train one. Our goal is to live on the road and do loads of hiking and visiting new towns. It may only stay a dream to own one 😅 they’re wonderfully intelligent dogs.
ОтветитьMalinois are no family dogs they're working dogs and don't do well in families because they can't provide them what they need
ОтветитьPicking up a mini malanois , ACD
