After 02 years I finally managed to fix my problem, it was never something related to electricity, but the antimalware of windows 10! If this helps you in any way, please let me know what feedback you get.

Step 01> Open the task manager, go to processes and find the antimalware service executable, right click and go to properties, compatibility, and put it to run with windows 7.

Don't ask me how but going into the signal settings in g hub and turning the response rate all the way down to 125 did the job for me somehow. Might be an issue when playing online shooters but I couldn't test that yet.
