I have sprint unbound and crouch on ‘x’ on my controller, I don’t want to bind sprint to one of my build buttons because I feel like when building comes back tactical sprinting and everything will stay so I don’t know what to do 😭

So idk if you can help with this but my game still bugged it stops running out of nowhere so much to where I can't even move almost and when I try to open chests or anything required to hold a button It will start over the hold repeatedly and I can't open chests someone help me please
