without memo(), only useCallback() is not working . if you try only useCallback() child will be render everytime on increment.
but example he took and explanation is awesome, there's no doubt in that.

Preventing re-rendering of child component has nothing to do with useCallBack() this information makes no sense
Any child component wrapped with React memo will not rerender the component
Example :

I caught one thing of thapa sir when i wrote the same code as him of useCallBack hook everything was good but when i was clicking the button the component was also running i tried again and again but could not find any error but after i was unable to fix i went to his website and copied the code and then it was working because he had imported memo from react which he had not told us what was that than when i searched it i got first example of w3 schools and it was the same that thapa sir told us then i realized that he had also copied it 😂but if you are seeing you should also tell us what is import {memo } from react
