I have an ares ultra 1500 but i cant connect any of my remotes to the motor. I did all the steps and nothing. I never get the message that says release i only get an ok and goes to hidden button. Any ideas on what might be the problem ? Thank you

Just a note for others: I think you need to be reasonably close to the motor unit of the garage door or sliding door or whatever you have for this to be able to work.

Suddenly Gate (btf) open not closing, gives on digital screen (photo).
So I connect 21with 24, working perfectly without photocell, I bought new photocell, install it, Same problem even with new one, Same read on screen ( photo).any advice please?

Hi I know the video it's old and all but I have a question. How can I change the time that the gate stays open? The problem I'm having is that it won't stay open for mor then one second and that's not enough time to hit the photocell. Thank you I hope you can help
