Using Tasker I implemented a fourth way. After a count expires, the screen "blacks out" by showing a black overlay on top. Then AutoInput simulates tapping the black overlay every 10 secs, thus keeping the screen on for as long as I want. The overlay also hides the Alexa app from view. Ask me for details and I'll give them to you.
