Justin, what would be interesting is if you dug into Sunny Balwani and did a compare/contrast with Holmes. I believe that he knows that he did the wrong thing but he's not quite at the personal responsibility level.

You should talk about how Sunny Balwani managed to delay his surrender to federal prison today. I’m curious to hear your thoughts.

May I give all the white collars some blue collar advice? If the only reason someone claims responsibility for their crimes is to receive a lesser sentence (which is the advice from this video), then it is clearly disingenuine. This is an excellent example of how white collar criminals, such as the host of this channel, will never ACTUALLY feel guilt for wronging others. White collars have completely forgotten that this is a blue collar country; always has been and always will be. This video proves why hard-workng, tax-paying, honest Americans will never trust white collars. You are a stain on this country that deserves to be cleaned.

Nah - Elizabeth Holmes will be walking around that track crying bitter tears that she still couldn’t convince people she’d done nothing wrong. She won’t learn a thing and will come out just as self-righteous as she is just now.

Holmes will never regret anything she's a Psycho. She never actually shown she has to take responsibility for anything. Any poor black woman would've and that baby in prison. She'll come out of prison and try to scam someone else. She'll claim she learned, she'll claim she can be a productive member of society, she'll claim she can leave a mark because she has a lot to offerand just scam again.

This came to an end in 2011, when he admitted to helping deliberately drive down the stock price of homebuilder Lennar and was ordered back to prison for five years. Three years later, Minkow admitted to defrauding his own church and was sentenced to an additional five years in prison.

Just one problem with Holmes' defense that others were the problem: thousands and thousands and thousands of e-mails. She's counting on people not going through it due to the sheer volume of it. I'd like to go through that archive.

I think she is going to be doing about a decade in federal prison shortly

Wonder if they can go after her for restitution considering she is married to a rich dude.

SBF will continue to plead his Sgt Schulze defence. He will get 30 plus years maybe 50 plus. If he were to be humble and admit what he did he could get less but his type never admit or even believe they did anything wrong just getting caught was the "bummer".

The thing w SBF, maybe one of the reasons he can't plead guilty is b/c then he would have to also incriminate his parents on some of the charges. He may still change his plea to guilty but really, I am uncertain how long they hold 'a deal' out for someone b/c even by now they have put in hours and hours of work (= money) in order to try him.

Bankman-Fried is another one that is in denial. He managed to syphon off a couple of billion dollars and claimed he doesn't know what happened to said amount of money. Even if he does get time. When he gets out he will have money to start up another biz. I don't think he will get a life sentence. He will have to go to prision and do some time. He's a kid with tons of money and power who screwed things up. They are both entitled. The rules that govern the rest of us usually don't effect people like them but I notice that more very high profile people like this are getting caught and are doing time. I'm a biz owner. If you delegate different tasks to various people in your company it doesn't matter you are responsible for knowing what's going on in your company. YOu can't just say its their fault and u didn't know. It's your responsability to know and if
you don't the buck stops and drops on you in the end.. Unfortunately Holmes is a narcissist. Her family are enablers which don't help. Bankman -Fried 's family the same thing. With a lot of money and power comes great responsability. Your videos are a reminder to me on the road to success what not to do. I appreciate your knowledge and wish you all good things.

Holmes deluded herself into thinking she was the female incarnation of Steve Jobs, but is actually closer to the female Charles Ponzi.

SBF seems to be just another Charles Ponzi. Neither were actually Ponzi schemes, but the net result is the same.

It seems to be that both Elizabeth Holmes and also SBF , both of their parents could be the breeding ground of how they become who they are now. Both their parents must have felt super privileged or highly entitled in this world that they and their son/daughter can do no wrong. They probably felt like their "intellectual" connections and titles could have bought their way out and cheat the system to go their way.

I agree that defendants who show remorse should receive lighter sentences. I think that it's a tragedy that people receive harsher penalties for taking it to trial. On paper, every defendant has an absolute right to make the government convict them in front of a jury. That's only on paper unless things change.

I played it on the straight and narrow but I don’t judge those who legally crossed the line. That said I really think Elizabeth Holmes being tossed in with SBF is unfair to her. She was a victim of her own press releases and media coverage because when her idea got stuck she panicked but SBF was from the start was in a dream world. He did not necessarily want to do wrong but rather just was completely involved in thinking he was this great talent when he was the opposite. SBF was a good “influencer” as they say today which is in reality a good salesman. SBF had an overinflated opinion of himself that did not match reality and combined with his sales skills lead him down the wrong path. Elizabeth was more sincere but when confronted with her idea at first failing had panicked but was not like SBF.
