Apple Watch SE: Scientific Review (cheaper & as good as the AW7?)

Hi, could you test the oppo watch 2, Huawei watch 3 and GT3, and Vivo watch 2 when it comes out?

I'm between Samsung 4 and garmin venu 2 , I need to check my heart rate during workouts like treadmill and light weights, any opinions will be appreciated, I'm tech noob

Many people use sleep pulse/oximetry to accurately detect hypoxia during kow perfusion and motion.

One popular inexpensive brand is of course the Wellue/Viatom O2 ring. A review on this would be great.

I can't find an answer to this question anywhere: Can I use the Apple Watch SE (or other Apple watch) as a standalone heart rate monitor and step counter, and watch? I don't own, and don't wish to buy an iphone; and, the Apple watches seem to have the most accurate heart rate monitor.

Love this. I do have an apple 6 SE and I read articles indicating that trackers tend to under count by 45%. I use this to track my calories burned and now watching your video, I am happy with my watch.

I am wondering is it possible the strap difference between AW7 and AW SE caused that difference. Maybe you can try different straps, solo loop, nike strap and standart apple strap and controll if it is differentiates.

Because I do not think Apple using different sensors on SE and 7 series. Or why would apple choose better sensor for cheaper device?

Apple really needs to make their own sleep app. The third party ones suck. I love my Apple Watch but I sleep with a Fitbit for proper tracking
