ОтветитьWhere is the fermentation process? This is not fufu. The cassava must be fermented to call it fufu.

ОтветитьIn S E Asia the tuber is called tapioca. There're many varieties though. Taken as cheap alternative to rice as staple (as well as sago). I wonder whats that slimy/soupy vege you take it with?
