ОтветитьDay 1️⃣: I used to do Pam’s workout BEFORE and stopped doing it. I used to keep up with her but not anymore!! Now it’s my 1st day again of doing core workout. It was sooooo hard and i kept on cursing 😂. Plus my dog keep interupting me. I will do other pams workout every other day coz i also lift weights… i’ll update for Day 2.

ОтветитьTo everyone on their fitness journey just honestly keep it up .Within two weeks you will feel stronger but it takes a while to get abs .no matter how tired you are just try and be consistent even if it takes you 20 min to finish the workout , consistency is different to doing it every day and rest is also really important and a big point that I need to work on is accepting that I need a break, it doesn't matter, the only thing that matters is that you finish it .I have been doing this nearly everyday for 7 months and i have light abs but remember to never compare your fitness journey to anyone else because everyone is different . Thanks again Pam for doing the best workouts ever and being so commited ❤️!

I do karate, along with these planking workouts. I do Shito Ryu Jiu
Jitsu, one day at the dojo. my sensei’s had all of us students do this opening military work out, they put a metal latter down, we would go down in Push-up form back up in push-up form then jump into the next box all the way down, and twice in a row. then army crawl . then karate. It’s tense. doing those with these planks gets me tired but I love it!!!!!!!!!!!

I've always wanted abs but I never actually got them maybe because I never built a workout streak (yea I've lost tons of weight but I'm not regular with working out) but doing this workout non stop was a HUGE accomplishment for me since I haven't done anything the entire week (or more) and these energy consuming workouts boost my motivation so I'm gonna try to be regular at it starting today... (I’ve lost over 10kgs after being obese in the past - still am a little overweight for my age)

ОтветитьI’ve been doing this for two months and I look sooo toned😍😍 I litch only started working out cause I’m bored but I’m really getting results🫢 rn I’m trying to get more defined abs by doing more cardio and hopefully I can have defined abs by October🫣 we’ll see
ОтветитьAte some spicy chicken earlier today, not to much to say, really great enthusiasm, myself,definitely operate, have to get my butt in the fitness center to do calories or going to have heart problems, should have some abdominal definition too in about 20lbs, lovely day!

Day 2: im DYING it hurts but i feel so good!!
Day 3: ima do this everyday now, it feels refreshing. This is the only workout im doing so lets see if it works .
Day 4: honestly it gets better! My abs hurt so it works
Day 5: keep it up! Ive noticed some difference in just 5 days.
Day 6: it gets better
Day 7: i see my stomach flatter!!
Day 8: did it with my partner and we felt the burn. Im getting results slowly and it feels amazing!
Day 9: today was harder for me to get up and do it but i did it and it helps guys! Dont stop keep it up!
Day 10: i had no electricity at home and it was HOT! But i managed to do it even at the darkness it was so worth it! I sweated more and felt better.
Day 11: Idk why some ppl say ive gotten fatter? I feel so exhausted doing this workout but ill keep it up till everyone sees the results! No matter what anyone else thinks keep IT UP!
Day 12: rest day!
Day 13: after resting it was more challenging but always remember ur body needs a rest day!
Day 14: i feel so much lighter!

Its been a challange for me bringing my abs back to life
I’m proud to say I did this first try (with a few modifications lol) but I didn’t stop moving! 😅

ОтветитьDay 1: ✅did the whole thing and I did take breaks but i am still a beginner and I am trying to see my development by doing this every day but I really struggle with going low!!
Day 2: ✅I successfully did the whole workout and only had to take 1 short break and I was able to keep my back on the floor while going low so this is an improvement
Day 3: ✅a 30 sec break but I did the workout but it is really hard to keep my back on the floor I need to figure out how to do it properly
Day 4: ✅completed with no break but i need to work on going low without lifting my back
Day 5: X i focused on a video to keep my lower back on the floor but I didn't do the workout
Day 6: X I was out didn't do it
Day 7: ✅
Day 8: ✅my back is more flat
Day 9: ✅
Day 10: ✅
Day 11: ✅
Day 12:✅
Day 13: ✅7 days in a row!!

Hay so I am going to stop this workout and follow one of ur videos forlower abs because I need to focus more on that but this workout is really useful. I did change my eating habit mostly just reducing junk food and increasing protein and I also did dance as cardio for buring fat
