Install Simplified Chinese keyboard input on Windows 11

This video was made 1 year ago. Now, the simplified Chinese language option is no long there!

It is working fine, though the keyboard for the pinyin is qwerty. How can I have the chinese sinograms and still use an azerty keyboard ?

Ya, the option that doesn't work.

I got a stupid W11 release, I can add Chinese for Hongkong or Taiwan but not China or Singapore!

i have a windows 11 but i can't download chinese simplified, maybe because my license only support one language display, only traditional can be dowload.
