A cozy game about an adopted cat (I'M CRYING!)

My black and white German short hair cat with beautiful shining emerald green eyes with a gold rim around her pupils, she is now 24 and turning 25. She is as old as me ❤ we got her when she turned 9. The couple that had her previously couldn't cope with her so they were gifting her away. My father saw this on the internet 3 moths before Christmas and we where catless since 2 years and my sister and I were crying for a new one since we missed it so much so we got her on Christmas. Missed so much about Gavin a cat the feeling, the feeding, the cuddling, the playing and taking pictures of them, in the wild Gras while they are playing, with a camera we really missed everything. Our previous cats two males Merlin and Heini ( Hein blöd, the nickname is deserved) Merlin a white and black German short hair with golden eyes and Heini a complete black cat with dark blue eyes with a tinsh of green and a little golden rim around the edge of his eyes, pretty thin and angelic most thought he was a she except for their hight both half as big as a adult grown German bull dog (yes they were big). Both died with just 6 moths in between, we were so heart broken the older one Merlin died do to leukemia and the other one Heini thanks to a tumor in his brain right behind his right eye, it had already spread to his other organs so no hope was left. And trust me we tried everything to help them. Both fought pretty long and strong but we had to put them out of their misery. Both times the doc came to us to give them their release so that we 7 year old and 5 year old could say our goodbyes where we and them felt at ease and peace. Our little Cleo is old now but healthy and very much active even now not as much like 5 or 6 years ago but for her age a very active. And yes Cleo is short for Cleopratra cause she is a queen. I hope she stays this way as long as she wishes. ❤

Orange / ginger cats are male more often than female because the coat color gene is attached to the X chromosome. For a female cat to be orange she has to have the red gene on both X chromosomes, but males only have the one X, so it's more simple for them. This is the same reason calico/tortoiseshell cats are female, having two different coat colors requires two different X chromosomes.

Anyone who's looking to adopt, please consider a black cat! They're the most difficult to home thanks to superstition & the fact that they are difficult to photograph, but they're awesome mini-panthers!

If you use a little imagination you can get some brilliant photos - taking a picture of a black cat sitting on something black results in floating demon eyes 😂

Also the cat hairs are barely visible unless you wear a lot of white!

I guess the superstition of black cats being unlucky is pretty deeply rooted, it's been hundreds of years but I guess there's still a tiny bit of the idea left in people's consciousness.

I adopted Alice just over a year ago. The RSPCA explained that she'd taken far longer to re-home than her contemporaries, despite her being younger & having the shiniest coat and eyes I've ever seen. I was told someone dumped her by the side of the motorway at a couple of months old.

She's now the most vocal cat I've ever seen, she'll have full on conversations with everyone in the house & just meep to herself when she's got the zoomies! She'll only go to sleep if she's leaning against me in some way & (after being hit by a car in September) wake with a start and immediately shout to make sure I'm still there...

Gods forbid if I leave the room without her noticing, I get a right telling off!

Gosh let me tell you a story about my latest adopted doggo. She was found in a garbage bag starved almost to death with no hair left on her little skeletal frame. She is the most appreciative doggo, shes absolutely loving, she will listen to anything you say even if she doesn't understand it, shes willing to learn new things just for some hugs and kisses. Adopted animals are some of the best kinds of pets to have. As for my old doggo, she has a damn attitude 😂😂 living a life of luxury for over 9yrs now, either way i wont change a thing about her ❤

Commenting 7 minutes in LOL. Growing up we had a female ginger. She had a litter, which became our family cats. Someone showed up offering a VERY tidy sum to buy the mom. We were in hard times, took the offer. Don't know if rare female ging is a thing, but it seems that way.

This lady had no clue how to look after a cat. Zero scratching posts, putting her hands in the line of fire while playing. No wonder she's getting scratched

I will say.. Dogs do not ALWAYS give their love freely.. specially those who have been abused to severe degrees. A person will have to earn that dogs trust and sometimes it can take so long. Speaking from experience.

I use to not be a cat person.. until I got a lovely orange cat. I was 11 or 12 years old at the time.. and I named him Naruto (the character was a comfort to me growing up bc of bullying I faced.)

We were living with other family.. and my brother in law let him outside.. I never saw him again.. and the neighborhood was notorious for having dogs around.

he was the first and last cat I loved dearly. Until 2022, My best friend who I lived with at the time, got a beautiful tabby cat with a white belly.
she was named Xena, and I had a Dog at the time. my dog basically raised that cat for part of her younger years. and I grew to love her so much as well. my dog passed away 9/11/23 and Xena is all i have left as a reminder of my pupper.

Xena doesn't act like a cat c: shes a dog in cat shaped clothing. she a rotund rotisserie chicken with how chonky she is XD

My cat that I have now is an absolute treasure🥰 she loves to cuddle with me and constantly demanding my attention lol 😂 I got her from an old roommate whose owner abandoned her. As soon as I showed up she decided I was her new human~! I’ve been with her ever since🩵

"ive never known a cat to eat bread" I have. my old roommate's cat once got into a wrapped bag of bread i'd left on the counter - ate a hole through the plastic and a gap in the loaf about the size of her head before i found her. And she sought out bread every day after that, lmao. Her name was Goose and she was the weirdest little thing

Stray was the one that got me. Firstly when you get out you din’t find your friends and your buddy is dead. Also some people will save you but you never see them again. I think one person did this. I really want a part two. Maybe you could jump around trying to find everyone and then its a happy ending. Great vid btw even tho I’ve only watched like 5 seconds.

I found my baby right under a trash can lid, and I will never have another cat. Her eyes weren’t even open, so she imprinted on me and I’m mommy to her. She follows me everywhere and I wouldn’t have her any other way.

I absolutely love cats! My family has fostered a few times I've always gotten attached to them... When I'm older i would love to adopt a black cat sense people have a horrible stariotype (idk if thats how you spell it) and they are just oh so beautiful!

Just the premise reminds me of another game called BARK. Can't remember the channel I watched the playthrough of, but it's about a dog and a terrible owner. It's a bit of a horror game.

I'm sorry for your loss, i know what its like. I lost a cat recently. Her name was Bob, she was a gray tabby, we had her since birth. Adopting a cat, especially an older one is one of the best feelings in the world.

Saw on TikTok a video regarding this game, and I realised I didn't see anyone play it until I found your channel. This will be an emotional trip, I can tell. I too had so many cats in my life and didn't forget any of them. Even the ones I had for just a day before they died due to a deadly viral virus commonly found in kittens and newborn kittens.

I miss my little baby boy. Well. He wasn't little. Or a baby. But he always will be. But he was just this big massive bundle of fluff. We always got worried he was fat but every time we checked we confirmed he was just like 2/3rds fur. If anything he was probably a bit under weight. As he got older, I became the only person who could pick him up since I was his favorite person. He'd love to just be slung over my shoulder and walked around a bit. Sadly one night he went to bed and didn't wake back up, and I was living out of state at the time. His ashes are in a little box in the living room, next to my Grandmother's. I'll always miss him.

man before the game even properly started i was sobbing. recently lost my sweet sweet cuddly one-eyed gremlin son (noog), i had him for 13 years and he was such a nervous little guy but he was everything to me. he had to be put down because of his heart problems and he died in my arms. he always used to wiggle his paws whenever i touched them so when i held his paw for the last time and it just flopped limp it fucking destroyed me. i miss my little guy so much.

now i have just two cats, my ex-feral boy kirby who reminds me of noog but with fewer braincells, and this absolute MENACE of a tabby called fig. i get so soppy over cats istg.
