you can tell its early in the bands career as Jim isnt moving very mush from the mike.
ОтветитьThe real meaning of the end, is in the center of this strange linguistic drama.
A poetic way to say the feelings of a lost love, missed in a ancient age.
And the other topic is the political vision of the business. Morrison was the Oracle, the first shaman or the real narrator, confused in scrambled night of alcohol
Damn! it's so stupid but easy to him
The Greatest Rock God!
ОтветитьThe invention of goth rock- but how did the producers not catch the guy on stage right dancing like a crazed lunatic , on the CBC even.

Ответитьthis is whats missing in music these days. its so immense, its unspeakable and it crushes by a whisper. transcendance. it rivaled and killed religion and set us free.
ОтветитьMusic Poetry
ОтветитьRemember this was 1967. Pop music was just a few years out of the Pat Boone era. Two minutes songs about love and cars. The raw creativity is amazing.
I saw this the same year at age 14 and it totally changed my outlook on life!
Even to this day, and perhaps especially, this performance is jaw-dropping. I didn't think it would still have such an effect on me. There are gods among us.
ОтветитьBest rock band ever forever

The Doors' music hasn't aged a bit, and it's deep. I remember the first time I heard this song. It put me into a trance. The End still mesmerizes.
ОтветитьAhead of their time The Doors. From me a Beatles hater. Beatles were the most over rated shit on the planet.
ОтветитьEinfach nur SUPER!!!!

ОтветитьI remember listening to this in my teens and been mezmerised. I was about 16 thinking that Jim was so old when died at 27 but now I'm in my 40's and I realise how young he was. Long live 'The Doors'
ОтветитьKażdy koncert The Doors z Jimem Morrisonem byl spektaklem teatralnym jednago aktora. Każda wersja utworu live byla inna. Geniusz i zespol wszech czasów. Ten utwor nadał sens filmowi "Apocalypse Now" Francisa Forda Coppoli.

ОтветитьOH WOW 💛 Thank you so much for sharing this amazing very rare treasure 🤜🤛
ОтветитьI don't know if I should say this or not. Six years old. Watching Walter Cronkite on TV. College's protesting war with mothers. Segregation. President shot. Drugs. Alcohol . We played like children going to war. Over in 1974. They spit on our guys when they came home. Called them baby killers. Back then war was war. You didn't hold back. There was no political correct. There was here. But not over there. Good way to get killed. Soldier's were rocks that the wave broke up on. A country know bigger than Rhode Island. Backed by China. Were just killing people. Called murder.hahaha. There it is in a nutshell."NO MORE WAR". We've got other problems. Anyway. Those were our guys.❤❤❤😂😂😂😢😢😢❤
ОтветитьWaiting for the summer rain… aye!
ОтветитьWell. I love Jimbo and the Doors❤
ОтветитьJim lives...
