Final value theorm is applicable only if all the poles of (Z-1)*X(Z) lie inside the unit circle,here in this example there is a pole which is outside the unit circle so FVT can't be applied ,so the ans simply here is x(infinity)=infinity

Hey????????? Sir Work in the final value theorem is definitely incorrect!!! when you have checked through the time domain you made a mistake also!! Sir how (-3)^infinity=0 ?????????????. Hey don't try deceiving!!!

Hey??????????? why you does in that way? to apply the final value theorem first we have to check that whether  the poles are inside the unit circle or not!!!

FOR FINAL VALUE THEOREM ALL THE POLES SHOULD BE INSIDE UNIT CIRCLE...... YOUR EXAMPLE IS NOT CORRECT
