I have the Ts4 and love it. Low spin head gave me 30 extra yards.. taken me a month to get it set up with the right shaft, best driver I had to date .

Okay when 20 yrs younger @7 handicap my Driver was a Cleveland 9 degrees with a fantastic Miyazaki stiff shaft bombing it steadily 280 yds……now lucky if I get 230 …… long story short I’ve had a TS1 for years but haven’t used it because the flight was so high and it’s windy here in Miami. After this video I’m switching my Rogue for TS1 and adjusting it to its lower settings to see if it works for me

I really like your videos. I recently got the TS1, i have had my eye on it for a while and i found one on eBay for a good price. I have used it 3 weeks now and i am very happy with it. It his high, it is far and it is long. It’s easy to hit, i have also gotten the TSi1 hybrid and 3-wood and very happy with this line.

I bought one this year. Undoubtedly the most forgiving driver I have ever owned. I literally picked up according to my buddies like 20 plus yards with this driver. I am 75 yrs.old and feel like I picked up some lost yardage . Best money I have spent on golf in a while

Im a 6 handicap and this club is mind blowing ! As you can tell from the video above he was so impressed he couldn’t accept how well it delivered for him.All he could say was it’s probably not for me,bull shit, low handicappers with swing speeds of 110-115 rejoice, you can play with this driver and you’ll love it,period.

As a new owner i just played 5 rounds with TS1. Confidence built up every round. TS1 is a fantastic fairway finder. It leaves me with alot of good 2nd shots from fairway or the semirough. In round 4 and 5 i didnt have a single drive into an bad playable spot for the 2nd shot. I am really happy with it.

As always, I appreciate your honesty James. I'm just an average mid handicap golfer. It is very helpful to see a good golfer, such as yourself, take the time to give a thorough review on a club I would consider purchasing even though it's not a club you would ever consider for yourself. That's why I watch your channel. You are honest, entertaining and fair enough to give us mid handicappers some help. Thank you and keep up the good work.

Not sure this driver is design for you man. It's like giving a girl a golf club with a stiff shaft to test and listen to her comments.
But mainly, testers should always give the swing weight of the clubs they try in my opinion. It's a fondamental data to choose a suitable club. And in this case it's probably the most important one.

I just got the Titleist TS 1 a week ago. I think it is a fantastic light weight driver. I have the R2 senior flex shaft. I have had 4 back surgeries in the last 20 years so my swing speed is only about 85 mph. The driver is very forgiving and so easy to swing especially with a back like I have with limited flexibility. I highly recommend that golfers with slower swing speeds to give it a try.

Love to have one but for a guy who shoots 85 and retired limited income $500 is three months food or a house payment. I would use the one you tested since it is not good for you.

Hi All
I was custom fitted last Thursday at the Titleist Fitting Centre Carton House Dublin by the Titleist expertises Mark O’Mahony. My swing speed is 92 to 94 mph and after trying all other options the TS1 was the clear best performer. My carry us now at 230 yards running out to 255 / 260 yards. Not bad for a 60 year old. The TS1 is an absolute winner for us average golfers. Neither James nor Mark Crossfield can categorically test this club as their swing speeds are far too high. The design of the club is for “ Joe Average” not the professional golfer. The TS1 just goes straight / fairway finder ! Go and get custom fit by Titleist and it will change your game.

Why didnt you use a heavier shaft option as well and show those numbers along with the light shaft....do a duel comparison just for the fast speeds to see what this head does for that player as well.....

I call bs on all these new drivers. Marketing gimmicks. As long as you find the correct shaft to maximize your swing, most any newer head will work. I personally like callaway optifit drivers because they are so adjustable. But get the correct shaft for your swing.

Instead of buying a new driver, I just put a new ultralight Fujikura Speeder 474 in my 12 degree Ping G25, added a couple of grams of weight to the club head to maintain swing weight. Perfect for my tired old arthritic body. Getting old sucks!

Ok James.
TS1 would be perfect for me..I'm senior golfer hp.12 with a swing speed about 113-117 ml/h...but when I compare for example with a Cleveland Launcher HB ...also perfect for senior players..the difference of $300 in the purchase does not support any comparison...for the results that I will have...

You could do the same and less expensive with a Xr 16 13.5* loft driver and the same light shaft for high spin and loft, also I am a senior golfer with 105 avg. clubhead speed so it is for slower swinging players not dependent on age.

When you release a product, you release all variations at once to suit the consumers using them. You don't stagger releases. They have now created a 'waiting game' to their sales strategy which is stupid.
