After getting just the GSTN number, can user open a Current Account with only the GSTN number and without the downloaded GST Certificate, because the Certificate will not be available till you add the Bank Account in the GST portal?

सर, GST NO. मिलने के बाद मैंने फर्स्ट टाइम LOGIN तो कर दिया, लेकिन NETWORK PROBLEM की वजह से GST PORTAL से LOG OUT हो गया एवं नया USER ID & पासवर्ड CREATE नहीं कर पाया, अब मुझे नया USER ID & पासवर्ड CREATE करने के लिए किया करना पड़ेगा ?

mujhe username password nahi mila hai, sirf SCN number mila hai mail pe aur ye likha hai aage "Please login to your account and acknowledge the receipt of SCN immediately.
Please use the SCN Reference No. to view/download/print the show cause notice."
pls help for further procedure.
