My goal for a while has been to spend at least 1hr/day on something CCNA related, on most days that turns out to be 2-3 hrs once I get started, but, on days when I am just too wiped out or brain fried to jump into new material, I like that I can come here and watch a video or two on some material I have already looked at from other sources. It's great review and I always get a new twist or perspective on the material, and I can meet my goal in a way that feels more like entertainment than work. I have said for a long time that I don't expect anyone to "really" learn something in a first exposure, but there has to be a first in order for there to be a 2nd, 3rd and 4th, and this helps with that. Thank you
ОтветитьHi 👋 Kith could you let me know what type of drawing ✍️ tablet is the best for this type of video , or which one do you usually use? Appreciate your help
ОтветитьThank God I watched this. I have been preparing for my CCNA. But I have been stocked in this QoS
Ответитьthis video would have had half of the length if you stopped to be so politically correct :D
ОтветитьThank you for doing this Keith. I've always felt overwhelmed and never got to QoS. This one was very helpful in getting past the block!
ОтветитьFantastic video. What a simple and fun way to explain a difficult topic !. Great job Keith. Thank you.
ОтветитьThank you, just got done reading about QoS in My v2 CCNA book, I was looking for someone to explain it better, and you did ! when I get home from work tomorrow I have to reread that chapter !!
ОтветитьHi Keith , i am studying to take the Encor exam and i have been reading the book Encor 350-401 , there are some topics that are confusing actually i did not understand nothing about the QoS, after watched your video i understood more than read the book a thousand of times, Thank you so Much !!!!!
After read it i must to subscribe the CBT nuggets to help me.
You are AWESOME !!!!!!!
Talk too much that doesn’t get to the point☹️
ОтветитьHey Keith, it's Gerald. I had to pause your video to write a thank you for this. You're great at presenting information and teaching it to us. And it also helps to do spaced frequent reviews on all material. Wendell Odom even said that in one of his CCNA books it just dawned on me how valuable it is. Your content sir is invaluable. Thank you so very much.
ОтветитьKeith, thank you for doing this free for us! Appreciate that! Greetings from Serbia
ОтветитьThank you for your well detailed explanation 👍
ОтветитьThank-you for this great explanation on QoS!! Helped me understand it better for sure!
ОтветитьThank you Keith! Helped me a lot! Greetings from Kazakhstan!
ОтветитьHello Keith
Thanks for your another awesome lesson
I was wondering if you could tell me what is the name of the application that you are using for diagrams.
Thanks again
Thank you, Keith! This was awesome!
ОтветитьWhenever you explained any topic , I should immediately come to learn since I like pretty much the way you explained the topic , many thanx
ОтветитьName of this entry sound-track pls?
Ответитьnice song keith
Ответитьthank you ! keith ! Appreciate that! Greetings from Sri Lanka
ОтветитьI love the way you explain stuff. May Allah bless you.
ОтветитьQos done & dutes ,thanks heaps again Keith the motivator..
ОтветитьYour explanation of QoS is so easy to understand! Thank you for sharing this!
ОтветитьIf you do not apply qos on your switch but you router, will it cause some issue?
ОтветитьKeith you made me cry. Watching you enthusiastically describe components of QOS just reminded me of the old days. I was a networking guy (backbone engineer) in the early 2000s, dealing with frame-relay, atm, qos, bgp isis, ospf, mpls and edge services like firewall, LB, proxy and so on....this days people might say I'm doing fine as a cooperate security guy. I truly miss those days of just being an engineer. Sadly this days due to automation plus point and click I've met some people who know where to click but can't describe the internal workings or structure of a packet or protocol.
Thumbs up, I really love your infectious enthusiasm for the subject.
Keith, your content is so fun to watch! I was struggling understanding all the concepts about Qos but not anymore thank to you. Greetings from Costa Rica. 🙌🏻
ОтветитьMan I've never met a subject that kills me more than QOS ,I'm not sure I want to know this ,I'm having my exam on 16th of may ,but the way it looks I'm already ready to fail ,took odoms books to read, and I got stuck on chapter one with questions on TCP/IP lol ,unreal ,after all the labs and studies I still don't know jacksh**t :D :D
ОтветитьGood stuff but very high level.
ОтветитьThanks Keith.
I really love your videos.
Have question in scenario where packets are drop.
How can we determine what packets or ip are being dropped?
Was searching for a way to learn CCNA in the car(without reading the books, that wouldn't be safe) to get the most out of my day. Ur the MVP. Thanks
ОтветитьA very useful QoS info with your special way in teaching, It helped me a lot in filling the gaps of the QoS knowledge despite the tech vendor I use Cisco or another, the concepts remain the same .. Thank you Keith and as always loved the room style around you :) .. Greetings from Yemen
ОтветитьAnother great video thanks Keith.
ОтветитьAwesome Keith barker
U r my mentor since years.
1 more name... thats jeremy ciora.
Lov u both.
You are a legend, thanks Keith!
ОтветитьHats off to you. Best explanation i have seen so far. The only thing is that this does not aproach the topic in depth.
Ответить<3 Keith - learned so much from you :)
ОтветитьThank you
ОтветитьTks A Lot Keith...
ОтветитьGreat Video Mr.Barker. I am exciting what was the name of paint progem ? Can you share plss :)
ОтветитьWhat does Class 1, 2 , 3 mean?
ОтветитьOh man, the whole reason I clicked on this was never addressed. The binary. I recall it being elegant how the first 3 bits in the diff serv field instructed the last 5 bits (something like that), and was hoping to find a refresher, and NO BITS WERE MENTIONED. 🤔😉. Either, thanks mass for all of your time and enthusiasm, Keith (I definitely got many good laughs out of the video).
ОтветитьThsi was a good session and i like and learned alot.
As a network engineer my job is 90% or more pratical. So I like the info but I want to see an example in the CLI on how to implement what a trainer is talking about.
It really annoys me who so many just yap on for so long but do show the pratical side of what they're talking about to connect the dots for the learner.
You have a good topology on screen, how comes you dont have it as a lab and talk about a subjet then show how to configure it.
Thank you, Keith, I appreciate your efforts and clear explanations.
ОтветитьAmazing video Keith!
Ответитьeasiest way to translate on specifical traffic is . going to the club, people comes with VIP Tag no need to queue but normal IC/driving license holders without VIP card need to queue. 😄.
And Thank you Keith . . always happy to learn from your lessons.
Living in another timezone, i can't really watch live content from the other side of the globe. But i love being able to watch them later.
ОтветитьHonestly I think Keith Barker is the best trainer. I signed up to CBT Nuggets just to see his content. I like the other trainers but honestly Keith's way of training is top notch. I never seen any other trainers teach ipv6 like the way Keith does. Network Chuck is awesome too.
Ответитьapart from access ports or internal interfaces, is any policy applied to uplink ports? for example - uplink port on switch1, switch2 (towards firewall)?
