Convert days into years, months and days in Excel

sir i need to solve a problem related to MS Excel if you can help me .....

How calculate 30/31 days as a month by formula
30 days = 1 month
31 days = 1 month
If i use =DATEDIF(0,A2,"ym") then I find 30 or 31 in number instead of 1 month
