that is a crazy amount of subscribers. I always think that generating a great lead magnet that is comparable to your real paid service offering is the best way to gain solid subscribers that may convert to customers.
example could be: create a course on your service and give 50% of it away for free and then gate the last half with small payment.
you collect the email upfront and provide value which is wghy they will trust you when you upsell them pro services later on.

You have two of my email addresses because there’s one I use for freebies, but you ask for full company and professional email information from webinars. Then you send all the same emails to both lists. They’re not segmented that I can tell. I’m thinking of unsubscribing one of them if it’s all the same…
