Loved seeing Yewfield featured, a wonderful place. Can't beat a walk up to Tarn Hows before breakfast.

The building in York is called Grays hotel 😊 It is lovely for lunch, dinner, and afternoon tea. I’ve worked a few shifts in the grand old building

Sorry, red building is the mansion house (Lord mayors house,) behind it is the Guildhall...I think that's where you can get married

You should do Whitby/Thirsk/Ripon...Dubwath/Bassenthwaite in the lakes.. Ouse bridge house BnB on the edge of Bassenthwaite lake (we've been twice ...swam in the lake from the waters edge . And it was warm ....it was August )❤

York is my favourite city as well, luckily I live only 40 mins away by train.

The garden that you looked at on the city walls in York, that you could not find on any maos belongs to Grays Court Hotel. Lovely place to stay. Very peaceful. I took my mum there for a special birthday. She loved it.
