Love it 👍
All those machined components probably cost as much as buying a CNC machine in the first place, and why only use the electric nut runner once to bolt on a piece of wood?
All those components must have been CNC machined to be that accurate
Better Call It :Assembling a cnc machine😁
Here in Canada just to machine components for this machine would cost more then fine Swiss milling machine. Great work, Thanks for sharing.
Chou de bola
How much does it cost for one, I need one
Excellent planing, so good to see so quality work.
Wow u r simply super.
Hi Would you share the CAD files..PLEASE
What on earth did that cost ?
I think he just bought a bunch of tinker toys (although expensive tinker toys) and stuck them together. I did not see him build anything.
Vc vende o projeto
Before building next one It is need to have first one
AMAZING machine is it possible to have dimensions for machine and axis because i want to make the same
I will hazard this statement:
This is NOT a homemade machine, what it is are a homeassembled machine.
If anybody would just look at the parts, many places you can see (besides the dimensions) parts numbers
Most of the assembly went without a hitch, but then they broke the good thing they had going for them
They started to use wood to get a "homemade" look
Nice, but all that construction and not a dowel in sight, not good practice...
Very nice "home made" milling machine except.... this isn't home made, this is home assembled. I wonder what the total price of this "beast" is and if it would be cheaper to buy a factory build machine. Nevertheless...it IS nice and shure i would like one to. Could it be i'm jealous ;) Naaa
Ответитьwhere do you buy the parts?
This dude is the definition of brilliant! Amazing work. I wonder how much the cost to build himself ?
Now I've seen everything!!! Can't beat anyone anymore. Going to go fishing and enjoy the sunset. I put in my time.
Please provide contact number and address information for the distributor of CNC machines, as shown in the video above
Excellent
Very very good
I'd be interested in knowing the specs of the motors
Hello there. I have been watching some Milling machine builds tonight on here and bro this is awesome. How much was all that steel costing u for this build?? That had to be bloody expensive but I guess a top of the line CNC Milling Machine like this that u built from scratch would be a very expensive machine indeed.. U made it look easy. Who milled all of the steel parts in the 1st place??? That Lead screw looked far different than anything I'd ever seen before. What was the specs of that one u used. I normally use 16mm or 20mm but the Lead and pitch looked so far superior than the ones I normally use in my builds. I hope I'm making some sense here bcos I do not have the expertise u showed on this video.
I'm building my own Table saw soon.
I also noticed u didn't weld one single piece like other have. I know it can warp the metals on a project but u never used a welder in this video.
Can I ask u one Question if u don't mind my friend..
Q. Would it make a difference welding Metals that thick? It looked like u were using 1/2" steel or 3/8" steel plate. Was that all stainless steel u used in this build bro??
I'm going to stop asking questions and waffling now and finish by saying how impressive ur workmanship was in the build. WOW bro I wish I could build one of those milling machines. U have great skills and knowhow.
Salute to u Sir from Dublin, IRE..
best vedios
Hello, I am sorry to disturb you.
We sell any kind of steel and metal materials, mainly steel such as die steel, high speed steel, alloy steel, bearing steel, spring steel, etc., and special steel such as aluminum, titanium, copper, high temperature alloy, etc.
There is no way this is DIY. This is assembling a pre made kit.
I think iam a late viewer. Can you share the diagram of parts pls. It will be helpful for beginners and students
Mantap bang, joss tenan❤
Provide 3 model for the machine
Hi. what a great build. been looking for some time now, as i build one CNC Milling maschine myself as well. Looking for a second one to build. Do you maybe sell or give the construction plans away? Would be nice to hear from you.
There is nothing in the video how he creates the details
This is a ready set to buy and assemble 😂
Wonderful machine and work. But the music kills it. I was always expecting some chicken and horses come around ;)
Hi nice video
I would like to replicate your own machine I could ask you for the measurements and thickness of each single piece that you have assembled and the structure is all made of iron
Sorry, NOT DIY!!!
Very nice build, but would be interested in knowing the bom cost on this. I’m able to get a China made castiron milling machine for about 12k $ with shipping. This machine can not be much under 6-7k$ just in materials. Anyway looking good.
What an amazing build, but holy cow, I got carpal tunnel just from watching this video!
Ответитьamazing job.....what kind of linear guide are.....brand??? thnks.
Please tell me you're not just using this beautiful and rigid cnc for woodworking lol 😦
Nice video, thanks :)
Cost more than a branded cnc milling machine
Absolutely gorgeous build!
Would you share the CAD files for this amazing mill?
