Here's the strategy I used.

0:00 pre-trial dialogues

0:41 Stage 1
Only vegetable salad and green tea. Use all cutting boards and spam between the two items; it is efficient and error-free since you only have one dish.


4:21 Stage 2
Place the menu with the most complicated food items but not the 1-2 ingredients.

I was pretty unlucky here - as you see in the video, I made the ice cream at stage 1. It was for patchouli, so I could instantly get her spell card that allows any food with cultural background to get a perfect rating. As her spell card activates, you are free to spam dumplings / Scholar's Ginko or whichever that works for rare guests with their choice of drinks. However, I did not get patchouli this time, so I had to take it the brutal way.

If you want to tackle this with some strategy, kick out Mokou, Kasen, Keine, and Wriggle when you see them. Their punishment spell card will heavily disturb your stage clearing, and you might end up worse.


8:57 Stage 3
Yuyuko will order specific foods at rechallenging 3rd trial. Some don't. At stages 1 and 2, if there's empty space for cutting boards or boiling pots, I will make the following:
Oedo Beast Feast (Japanese / Premium / Legendary / Large Portion),
Shirayuki (Japanese, Premium + meat or whatever additional to make it Large Portion),
Buddha Jumps the wall (Chinese, Premium, Legendary, Meat & Aquatic, Large Portion),
Rainbow Pan-fried pork buns (Chinese, Meat, Legendary & premium). These four require different cooking times but cover most of Yuyuko's custom orders. Making some in the early stages speeds up the process of feeding her custom orders and leave you time to cook her specific orders. If not, spam them the moment the stage starts to buy some time.

If you don't recognize the food icon, open the recipe and pause for whatever time you need until you're ready to speedrun the process. Repeat the few steps and Yuyuko should be full very soon.
