Create A Discord Bot | Slash Commands | Discord.Js V14 | Basic & Easy!

I coded the bot in python. I am struggling with registration of slash commands

I get an error saying that I am not authorized to perform this action on this application after "(/) Started refreshing the application commands! (/)".
May you help me? I'm new, sorry.
