Southwest lost my luggage on my flight from RDU to COS on Dec. 31. Over the next couple weeks I spoke to 7 Southwest employees (3 on phone, 4 at the airport), and none could tell me anything useful. 3 weeks later, no bag. I go to file a claim, and they want receipts for all the items in my bag, and exact dates of purchase. Who keeps receipts for everything they buy? I have no idea how an airline can be so incompetent.

Anyone traveling between Dec 20 through Jan 5 should just be ready for the worst. It's a slow day for news evidently... May I suggest CBS 8, take a look at Commercial street homeless area and report back to us all what our governments are doing with all the money ? acquire dates and commitments from those leaders, not just a quick fly by and show some tents and mention that it all will be fixed soon.

Apple air tag would have been a savior but airlines are banning it

If Southwest were a pet we'd be talking about putting it down out of compassion.
