You just saved my life! Although next time on note pad++ remember to tell the user to click ctrl f to find the 443 and change it to 4430! For me I tried it on the config button and it worked! So some more ways to approach it! On to building something I like now! Maybe website!

simple steps instead of making changes in the file are-
1. open task manager
2. search for that PID in the details tab.
3. right click on that PID and click "End process tree".
and now click on start button of xampp apache and it will start working as usual..
