ur hair colour is so pretty !
ОтветитьI think I'm too european to not bring reusable dishes
ОтветитьHello Dryer sheets in the vents to help your room smell nice
Ответитьas someone who's moved in, i can already agree with all of these points, but in NO WORLD am i NOT gonna bring a desktop with me. personally, i use it for work like editing videos and such, and i like to game when i have nothing to do or just wanna play games with my friends from my hometown who haven't moved out to stay connected. but besides that, i agree with everything else.
ОтветитьYou are kind of cute
ОтветитьAmericans will do everything to justify their laziness and plastic dishes🤢
Ответить2 years later you poopooed on my dream life
Ответитьwatching this 5 days before move-in because i am a terrible procrastinator
(i did start packing already, don't worry. with emphasis on start though)
me who isn’t going to college: 🤔 📝
ОтветитьLenovo idea pads are garbage. Would not recommend. I had one and it didn’t even make it 2 years without the camera breaking, and the outside casing cracking and breaking off. After 3 years, the motherboard literally fried. It was more expensive to fix than buy a new laptop, so I bought a mac.
Ответитьbring wat you think you need. this vid is too niche and she thinks it applies to everyone.not the case.
ОтветитьMy college dorms are actually just apartments so some of this didn’t apply to me but a lot of it did and is super helpful for me when deciding what to bring
Ответитьi wouldnt get and ideapad my techer has one and its bearly fucional
Ответитьprobably the worst take on college dorm life i have ever seen.
ОтветитьWhy am I watching this I’m starting middle school
ОтветитьDisposable dishes?? This is just insane levels of lazy and terrible for the environment even if they are supposedly compostable
Ответить"hot water pitcher thing"
hahahahah the way Americans talk about kettles is so funny
LENOVO ideapad is literally the worst computer ever....
ОтветитьThis is so useful. The aspirational items and laundry stuff were particularly helpful :)
Ответитьopa
ОтветитьJesus loves you :)
ОтветитьThanks girlie!
ОтветитьThank you! I wish you the best!❤
ОтветитьJesus loves you! :)
Ответить900
Ответить😅as someone who uses a skillet for two meals a day, this is going to be a big change for my life.
Ответитьi'm not the usual type who comments on videos but i have to give it to you, this was the most realistic dorm essentials video i've seen so far, especially the "You aren't going to change into an entirely different person in a year" and "college is too busy to change your lifestyle"; let's be real, we all needed to hear that💀
ОтветитьWall plug-ins & many candles are toxic. It's best not to be around them any place!
Ответитьlove this video thank you so much keep it up <3
ОтветитьMe watching this as if im not literally a highschool freshman
ОтветитьRespectfully, my pc is my soul, if I left it i'd probably spontaneously combust.
ОтветитьSuper helpful. Thank-you!
Ответитьme, a freshman in highschool: herm, okay I see got it.
Ответитьhey! i’m going to ucla as well. can you do something about how they run things or tips and stuff?
Ответитьmy lenovo idea pad doesnt last 15 hours 😒
ОтветитьMy big thing that i realized is dishes. DONT get bowls, get mugs because they have a handle. And other than that, all of my dishes ive just "borrowed" from the dining hall.
ОтветитьI wanna know who's bringing most of those NO's. 😂😂 But I can't blame them.
ОтветитьI know this is a year old video but I have a music scholarship but I don't need to bring my guitar since they give me one but my guitar means a lot to me so would I be able to bring it?
ОтветитьI got into a high school program at a college which means I’m going to be spending my junior and senior year there! Even though this video was meant for college students, I’m taking notes since it applies to me too!
Though high schoolers obviously have a lot more restrictions than the college students do like curfews and stuff.
I'm a gamer so I'm definitely gonna bring a pc
ОтветитьJust recently found your channel and love it. I start at UCLA this fall and your advice is extremely valuable. I know you haven't posted in a long time and I probably won't get a reply, but wondering about a safe for the dorm. I assume dorms will have roommates again, and I heard students often leave their dorm doors propped open. I worry if I am out of the room or even asleep and my roommate leaves the door open, anyone could wander in and steal my laptop, jewelry, etc. Do you think a safe is overkill?
Thanks again for the super helpful channel, hope you're doing well.
She lost me with the mask. Not listening to anything she has to offer.
ОтветитьWhy am I watching this i'm in middle school
ОтветитьYou are not going to game on a laptop, so why would you want a laptop with an i7 processor? Buy something way lower end to save money.
ОтветитьPlease post again. We miss you.
ОтветитьOn team plastic bag ban is also the state of New Jersey, they don't cost 20 cents here, they are completely ILLEGAL. If you forget your bag you will carry groceries home by hand
ОтветитьI brought my PC ._. Set up
ОтветитьAs someone who has helped people move in to their dorms. Please don’t bring your entire room from home! And don’t buy a bunch of furniture expecting it to fit into the room. Most rooms come with basic furniture. We had one person bring so much stuff, they filled up 2 entire cars and it took 10 of us to carry everything in. And before you ask, no she was not alone. She did have a roommate.
Just bring what this video says. If you need more, you can always buy it from the stores around you or bring whatever it is next semester.
I’m a senior as well so I’ve figured what’s doable and what I don’t necessarily need but what i can still fit in.
