How to Create a new schema on latest MySQL Workbench

How do you create a schema in the newest version 8.0.34? There's no "schemas" tab on the left and all I see on the left are management, instance and performance

It's really really sad that MySQL mixed up the concept of schema and database. They should NOT be considered the same thing, but MySQL is polluting the community by claiming they are the same....
