How To Add Multiple Pictures To Instagram Stories On Android

I dont have the drop down screen that shows options for layout etc. My samsung goes straight to the camera roll. We are missing a step here.

Any idea when Instagram will roll out the 'Gallery' sticker for Android? I feel like I have been waiting for this for several years. It's really infuriating and perplexing not having it. That sticker lets iPhone users do so much more with their stories. I don't understand why it has never been available for Android???
