Where do you host all these training sites and not have them be live on the web? I would like to develop offline or in a staging environment, but I'm locked in to my hosting for another 3 years. They do not offer one-click staging, but they do offer unlimited sites and domains. The hosts that do provide one-click staging have a limited number of sites per account which can get pretty expensive. Any suggestions?
