How is she using the app?? The app only accepts Polish mobile numbers!! I’m so confused as to how this Inpost works, website gives very little information.

I work for inpost warehouse and it helps if people label their parcels please label your parcels 🙏 if you don’t label then it’s okay but it has a risk of getting lost or damaged and won’t make it’d way to the buyer

Vinted making inpost an option was a big mistake. Such a stupid fucking system. Why do we need to modernise absolutely everything??!!!

2 questions (hope you can help)
1. I sell online, if a local buyer were to purchase and request a pickup from a locker, could i do this?

2. If i made a sale to someone 142 mikes away, could i put it in the locker for you to deliver? (I think it costs about £2?). Thanks.

I'd advise people to stay clear of inpost. They have lost 7 parcels and counting. No real help , they blame their partner ls for their failings.

They have about 500k parcels to deliver and about 5 empty lockers

I would advise anybody not to use them. They used Hermes aka Evri to deliver a really nice vintage alarm clock I sold on ebay. The item was damaged by the courier. The company’s complaint system was deliberately ponderous. They gave no reason why my claim was rejected. They dragged the process out. The complaint emails are very slow to come back, handled by people not from the U.K. whose command of English is poor. Yes it seems great to post at any time but I’ll be sticking to the more reliable royal mail from now on. You have been warned!

hey, inpost lost my parcel, now they conveniently won't answer emails or calls, how do you get a refund and compensation from these criminals , the other parcels i sent took nearly a month to reach their destination , if i catch the pick up driver i'll chin him...or her
