Just bought this today for 320 usd including cover screen protector and a super charging brick. Before this I was using a52 for the past 2 and half years which I dropped and cracked the front screen but still works fine. Perfect for me for day to day use without breaking the bank

Is there 2 types of Samsung a54 and a54 5g or same phone

I got the S21 but just ordered one of these threw Verizon wireless.... hopefully it's nice as I'm expecting if so I'll sell my Galaxy as it's in flawless condition been in a case from day one... or just sell it and get a note 20 in great condition we'll see

I have the Iphone 11 64gb there is a trade in program in my country that I will only add $55 for a brand new sealed A54 8/128gb, should I go for it?

For a first time phone which money is better spent, this Samsung A54 or a new iPhone SE?

In our market this isn't really that popular because here we tend to value hardware over software. I was amazed to know that this his the same support as flagships.

I love my A51 so much that I think I'll get the next A55 or so when it comes out. Still going strong after 3 years, and while the updates have rolled out slowly, it's up to date. Great stuff.

Samsung has yet to make improvements, Galaxy s21 had amazing alternative in form of A52 5g (pro). In last few years S series got better and better but A series remains on the same level as A52 5g (pro). Galaxy S24 and s25 should have better alternative than current gen. Next A series needs to be as good as Galaxy s22 was. Right now A54 and A53 in terms of spec look like poor joke as alternatives to Galaxy S23 and Galaxy S22.

The chinbessel just seemed not right too thick

A good phone but not for a heavy phone user, some cons : it lags alot, overheats, Also when it's at a certain temperature it won't charge because it thinks there's water in the charger port (even though it's water resistant) also battery drains very fast if you're a heavy phone user, be prepared to constantly charge your phone , get an iPhone or a high end device and save yourself the troubles of this A54

Just buy an Anker charger they are amazing, only thing missing in my opinion is esim ability and faster charging speeds.

I will buying Galaxy A54 to change my early 2019 Galaxy A50. Can't wait ❤❤❤

anyone knows how many gigabyte are being use by one ui software ?

I have this phone - BUT there are some problems - when i use the phone in bright suny day , all the sensors are visible through the screen when u loking - no matter in dark mode or light mode but in light mode are much more noticeable , so much annoying - The other problem is the battery life - this phone gives me a total battery life of 5 hours of screen on time - and the standby time is so bad - it losses 8% to %10 over night - the last problem is the camera , the photo taken whit this phone captured with too much contrast and the dark part of the picture just burned - i report these issues to my warrenty - hope they change it / but keep eye on these things that i said when u want to buy this phone .

I was just on the verge of buying this A54, as I'd decided not to buy any more flagships. Last night, to my shock, my LG V60 got upgraded to Android 13. Didn't see that coming! Thanks for the excellent review though. I'll keep an eye on the A5x series when I feel my existing phone has had its day.

Really pissed there is no charger. My senior citizen father just bought one (I am setting it up for him today). The salesman did not even ask about a charger (I was expecting one in the box). I download the manual and find no specification. They say you must buy an approved SAMSUNG charger.

They have made it so difficult I am determined not to. Once I work out the Amperes and Voltage requirement I am good to go. Even if I have to find one in store and look at the box I will not be buying a samsung charger.

You can charge any device in any charger as long as
1. the connector is correct USB-C in this case
2. the voltage V is correct (if you get this wrong you can damage your phone). The voltage must be identical!!!!
3. the A amperes output supply of the charger must be greater than the device requirement. As long as the charger can supply more Amps than the phone needs it will charge correctly. Eg. a 2.5A charger can supply a 1.5A phone, no problem. The device will consume 1.5A.

Fortunately it is not the first time a manufacturer has sold me a device without a charger😢.
