I have one scenario, if 100 user I have and in that 10 have to access CRE and 10 have to CRED and have to View all and 10 have to modify all. How can we achieve this

since it is an 'after update' trigger the record is locked for any further updates, hence it is in 'readonly' state. After update triggers must be preferred to update other objects and not the record triggering object. For the scenario asked in the interview we could use "before" trigger to over come the readonly error imo rather than finding a workaround for the after trigger.
