Hi, I’m in desperate need of help with my Instagram account. It’s been unfollowing a lot of people all at once and my Instagram logged me out and said that my account has been compromised. It doesn’t recognise my password and I can’t change it. I don’t have my email address nor my phone number connected to my Instagram. I’ve been everywhere and tried everything. I know my account still exists because I had my friends check it and it’s fine. Please help me.
