ホント屋台文化って良いですよね (*'▽') お店が独自のメニュー考えて出してくれるの凄く嬉しいですよね。意外とですが生の食材がNGと言う処ですね。きちんと火が通った料理って安心して食べられます。当方は都内在住なのですが焼き鳥屋で頼んだレバーとかモツにやられた経験あるので出されたものを安心して食べれるのってホント嬉しいです。
