You are EASING Keyframes WRONG! (Premiere Pro)

I'm having a problem where my text is moving directions on it's own without any keyframes. I just want the text to come up from the bottom, then slow down in the middle of the screen then zoom above and out of the screen. But what's it's doing is coming up to the middle of the screen, slowing down as planned, but instead of a steady up direction it slowly goes up then back down then up before going up and out of the screen. There are no keyframes when it changes direction. I'm using the Text/Position controls and not Vector Motion. Even the curve in the dropdown is completely flat, yet my text changes direction. I tried Vector Motion instead of the Text controls and same thing. I could try fidgeting with the vector path of the text in the monitor with the pen tool? Have a tutorial for that? What was supposed to be a simple text animation has taken me 3 days of trying to get past this ugh.

I have to many keyframes, and it's hard to adjust the frames how do I zoom in on the effects panel I'm zoomed in as much as I can with the lever at the bottom of the effects panel is there another way to zoom further in so I can see what it looks like better?

The title of this video is misleading. There's no "wrong" way to ease keyframes, you just describe how to do it in this video. This is just a basic tutorial on how to ease keyframes.

Isnt this just basic animation theory. Looking at the kind movement and momentum your object needs to make it realistic. How about I use custom easing on everything, even the things that need to be linear i do whatever I want man you cant stop me👺👺
